What girl doesn’t love a great pair of shoes?! I find myself flipping through the pages of InStyle and dreaming about killer heels and admiring relaxing flats. Heels make me feel strong and powerful, not to mention that my long legs look even longer. Then there are days when I long for the comfort of flats. I find inspiration online from my friend Holly Clinard, who writes a really cute shoe blog called “Holly in Heels.” I mostly like that shoes are easy to fit – my size is always there and I can avoid the fitting room!
So, as I’m adjusting to married life I have had to find a new location for my shoes outside of the closet since Eugene needs some of that space. Yes, apparently he has more than a few t-shirts and jeans! I decided to clear my shoes out of the closet and put them all in boxes with pretty pictures on the front so I don’t forget what I have. And this is what I came up with…
Two towers of shoes! I don’t think I have too many – just enough, right? I admit I can’t hide any shoe purchases since they are displayed out in the open. Oh well. Here I am modeling my newest purchase. They are the perfect combination of masculine and feminine to carry me from Spring into Summer. I guess you could say I have a love of shoes!
